Murry is the Owner and Operator of RSL Management Group and brings over 20 years of experience in the senior housing industry. He spent a decade as an Executive Director in senior living communities, giving him invaluable insight into operations from both a management and ownership perspective. In August 2020, he founded RSL Management Group to serve three Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Mississippi and has since expanded to Arkansas, Kentucky and Iowa. Murry has served as Chairman of the Arkansas Health Permit Agency for four years and has also held board positions with the Arkansas Residential Assisted Living Association and the Arkansas Department of Health’s Long-Term Care Advisory Board. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Elwood serves as the Chief Financial Officer of RSL Management Group. In 2007, after selling his private CPA practice, he became CFO for a senior housing owner/operator based in Little Rock, Arkansas. During his tenure, he partnered with ownership to develop and grow three senior housing communities, expanding revenue to over $10 million. He also secured HUD financing for the portfolio and played a key role in the successful sale of the communities.

Elle serves as the Operational Coordinator for RSL, a role she has held since March 2024. She brings over a decade of senior living experience, including serving as an Executive Director overseeing large Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities. In recent years, Elle advanced to Regional Director of Sales, where she successfully led sales and marketing efforts across 10+ communities. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism with a Minor in Business from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

Tammy brings more than 30 years of experience in pharmacy, long-term care, and senior living, with extensive multistate oversight. A registered nurse for over 40 years, Tammy earned her RN at Park State in Springfield, Ohio. Since September 2024, she has served as the Nurse Consultant for RSL, where she continues her commitment to advancing quality care and operational excellence across the senior care continuum.
